Our offices
... are located in Zurich and Lausanne with good public transport connections. We have desk sharing, which means you can choose your workplace every day.
Flexible working hours
We have annual working hours and allow flexible working modes with a mix of sharing in the office and concentrated work in the home office.
Working tools
We provide you with modern work equipment. To enable you to work optimally from home, you will receive a small home office budget when you start your job.
Flat structures
We have flat structures and short decision-making processes. You will be included from day one and will work independently in your area.
Happy birthday!
You will receive an additional holiday day for your birthday. Of course, you do not necessarily have to take it on your actual birthday.
Profit sharing
Since everyone contributes to the success of the team and the company, 10% of the profit is paid out to the employees once a year.
Our social commitment: Pledge 1%
We are part of the Pledge 1% Movement and donate 1% of our capital, profit, products or working time to a social, charitable cause.
For chatty people and commuters
We contribute CHF 50 per month to your telephone bill. In addition, you will be reimbursed for the cost of your Half-Fare Card every year.
